Evidence / The standard we work to

SHOW THE WORK.
SHOW HOW IT'S COUNTED.

No verified client results are published yet. When we publish them, you will be able to see the baseline, the intervention and the measurement method.

Transparency before testimonials

A RESULT NEEDS
ITS CONTEXT.

Expand Factor is new. Client identities, publication permissions and measured results must be verified before appearing here. These are the questions a future case study must answer.

Explore how we establish the baseline ↗
  1. Before: the baseline scorecard, dated.
  2. The problem, in the owner's words.
  3. The diagnosis: the limiting factor and the money map.
  4. The plan: three priorities and why.
  5. What was built, in order, with the dashboard as it looked, not the ads.
  6. After: the same scorecard at 30, 90 and 180 days, with the counting method stated.
  7. The revenue effect: booked jobs times average job, with the assumptions shown.
  8. What the client did: answered the phone, followed the script, hired a technician.
  9. The owner's words, only if offered.
  10. What we would do differently.

Measurement protocol

How we count

Calls come from the tracking platform (received, answered, missed, duration, recording). Bookings, quotes and revenue come from the client's own Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, by source. A booked job is a job on the schedule; a won quote is a job completed; revenue is invoiced revenue. We exclude calls under ten seconds, duplicates within an hour, and vendors. We state the months covered and the platform on every figure.

Built for the trades. Working across the GTA.
