Why we exist
Good work deserves to be seen.
We started out building software that contractors use every day. That meant years on the phone with owners who were excellent at what they do and hard to find online. Many had already paid a marketing company and had little to show for it. Some had lost their own domain to one.
Expand Factor is the company we wished they had found: we do the work ourselves, in person across the GTA, with everything in your name.

You earned it one job at a time, and it is worth protecting. We do not replace it. We put it where more people can see it, and make sure that wherever someone looks you up, what they find matches your work.
You see everything we do.
Every month you get a short report in plain words: what we changed, what moved and what we are doing next. If something is not working, you hear it from us first.
Your time stays with your business.
We ask for about an hour in the first month, for photos, hours and logins, and a time to film if your plan includes social. After that the work is ours, and your part is one short report a month.
Everything we build is yours.
Your domain, website, Business Profile, social accounts and ad accounts are in your name from day one, and we work with manager access. After the first ninety days you can stop any month, and nothing stops working.
We learn your business before we touch it.
We look you up the way your customers do, then we ask what work you want more of. Your words, your photos and your jobs go on the page, never a template.
We only promise what we control.
Nobody can promise a ranking, and anyone who does is guessing. We promise the work: done properly, every month, where you can see it.
You know the price before you agree to anything.
The audit, the build in month one and the monthly fee are each priced on the call, before you agree to anything. If you go ahead after the audit, its fee comes off your first month.
