More booked work
Make it easier for a good inquiry to become scheduled work.
Built for GTA plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies doing $2 million to $10 million a year. We find where you lose booked work between the first ring and the paid invoice, fix it, and measure it.
Emergency calls after hours that ring out. Quotes that never got a second conversation. Reviews nobody asked for.
A full board in July and January and a quiet one in April and October. Install quotes that go cold while the customer shops around. Maintenance plans nobody offers on the call.
Service calls and panel quotes on the same phone. Estimates that take a week to send and never get chased. Good work, and not enough reviews to show for it.
Three minutes of video showing where your calls are going. No call required. If it is useful, the Growth Diagnostic is the next step, and you will have its price on the call.

The thickness of the line is how many of your calls are still in play
A line from the phone ringing to the invoice being paid. Between the ring and the answer, 128 calls a month leave the line; between the answer and the booking, 158 more. The output reads: about 42 more booked jobs a month.
At these numbers
About 42 more booked jobs a month
About 42 more booked jobs a month is what the same 400 calls would book if 78 percent were answered instead of 68, and 50 percent of those booked instead of 42. That is still short of a strong shop, whose phone would add about 71. At a $1,100 average job, 42 more jobs is roughly $46,000 a month that already rang your phone.
Your booked jobs today are calls times the share answered times the share booked. The main figure moves your answer rate up ten points and your booking rate up eight points, which is still below a strong shop. The strong-shop figure uses 84 percent answered and 55 percent booked (Built on Tenth, 2026 CSR benchmarks; the same source puts the average at 68 and 42). Revenue is jobs times your average job. This is an estimate from US industry benchmarks and your inputs. It is not a promise, and most companies do not reach the strong-shop numbers within 90 days. The Growth Diagnostic replaces every benchmark here with your own call recordings and your own booking data.
About 35 of those would be booked jobs if you answered like a strong shop (84 percent). Most callers who reach voicemail do not call back.
About 35 more would book at a strong shop's 55 percent.
The share of calls a person picks up. Average is 68 percent.
The booking rate is the share of answered calls that end with a job on the schedule. Average is 42 percent.
Blended across service and installs. If you are not sure, use $650 for plumbing, $1,100 for HVAC, $800 for electrical.

Who it's for
We work with plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies in the GTA, roughly $2 million to $10 million a year, with a phone that already rings.
Franchises whose marketing is decided elsewhere. Lead resellers. Anyone who will not let us track and record calls, because the numbers are the product.
Questions owners ask
You are describing the pay-per-lead and twelve-month-contract model. We do not sell leads, and we do not sign you to a year. The first step is a free three-minute snapshot, then a fixed-price diagnostic credited against the build; the retainer starts at ninety days, not twelve months, and runs month to month after that. If the diagnostic says your problem is not something we fix, we say so and you keep the report.
Good. Most of what we fix is not lead volume. It is calls that do not get answered, calls that do not book, and quotes nobody follows up. More revenue from the same calls and the same techs is the point. If capacity is the limit, the membership and recall work fills April and October without adding a truck.
You get one page a month in your own units: calls, answer rate, booking rate, booked jobs and revenue by source from your own software, cost per booked job by channel. Nothing else unless you ask. You can check every number against your dispatch board.
You do, always. We are a manager on your Google and ad accounts, never the owner, and we remove ourselves the day you ask. Your CRM data comes out the same day.
Ad spend is on your card, in your account, and our fee does not change with it, so we have no reason to. Part of the job is telling you which channels do not book jobs, including ours if that is what the numbers say.
A free audit is a sales call. Our free thing is the three-minute snapshot, and it has no call attached. The diagnostic is two weeks of work: we listen to your calls, count what did not book, read your quotes, test your phone, and hand you a plan you can run with us or without us. It is credited in full against the build if you go ahead.
We have worked the phone and the follow-up under quota, built software that contractors use every day, and spent years around the trades. We have not run an HVAC company, and we say so. We work inside your process and we come to the shop.
You may not. Those are sources of calls; we work on what happens to the calls. If you answer 85 percent and book 55 percent and follow up every quote, keep doing what you are doing. The diagnostic will show you the numbers either way.
Three things, in order. Put a tracking number on your Google listing so you know how many calls you miss. Set up a text that goes out within a minute when a call is missed; most field-service software can do it. Follow up every quote on day 2 and day 7 with a question, not a discount. When you pass $2 million, call us.
How we work with your team
Explore the way we turn a disconnected customer journey into a system your team can use.
01 / First, understand
We trace the path from a new inquiry to a paid job. Together, we find the point that deserves attention before adding more moving parts.
See the Growth Diagnostic ↗02 / Then, build
Tracking, capture, follow-up and your existing software need to work as one system. We agree on the handoffs and test them before switching on.
See the Growth Diagnostic ↗03 / Every month
See which inquiries become booked work and where the process stops. Review useful business outcomes with us, not a pile of disconnected reports.
See the Growth Diagnostic ↗04 / Keep learning
Use what the system tells us to choose the next improvement. Growth should fit the services, service area and capacity your business actually has.
See the Growth Diagnostic ↗That's how we build the system. Here's what it changes for one customer inquiry.
The system in practice / an illustrative walkthrough
Follow a missed call through the system. This is a worked example, not a published client result.
No callback owner
A customer calls while your team is on a job. Nobody owns the callback, so the inquiry can disappear without anyone knowing why.
How we will publish verified results ↗Owner + next action
Log the inquiry, assign a callback and record what happens next. If it is a fit, the team can agree on a visit; if not, record the reason.
How we will publish verified results ↗Booked visit or reason lost
Compare time to callback, contact outcome and booked visits against the starting point. Publish a result only when the baseline, period and permissions are verified.
How we will publish verified results ↗Any case study published here will state the problem, baseline, intervention, measurement period and verified result, and will appear only with written permission to publish.
